Terms of Use

1. Adults only

CityLife is for adults aged 18 and over. When you set up your profile we ask for your date of birth. If it shows you are under 18, the account is blocked and stays blocked, and we do not keep the date of birth.

You must give true details about yourself, including your date of birth.

2. Your account

• One account per person. Do not share, sell or transfer your account.
• You sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email. Keep your Google account and email inbox secure: anyone who can open them can open your CityLife account.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account.

3. Coins

Coins are a virtual in-game currency. You earn them on rides and in activities, and spend them in the game, for example on join fees, refills, fines and a Social pass.

• Coins have no cash value. They are not money, and they are not your property: they are a limited right to use features of the game.
• Coins currently have no cash value. We may later offer a way to exchange coins under separate terms, which will be published before it starts.
• Coins cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, sold, transferred to another player or exchanged for anything outside the game. Buying coins, cash, withdrawals and conversion are shown as “Coming soon” and are not available.
• Coins are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
• We may correct a balance that is wrong, for example after a fault or after cheating (see section 4).

4. Fair play

Play the game as it is meant to be played. Do not:

• cheat, use bots, scripts, automation or modified clients, or exploit bugs;
• interfere with the game, its servers or other players’ use of it;
• try to get into accounts, data or admin tools that are not yours.

If we believe you have broken these rules we may remove coins or results gained unfairly, reset your coins, take you off leaderboards, or suspend your account. A suspended account sees an “Account suspended” screen until the suspension is lifted.

5. Chat and conduct

CityLife has social features: Meet, friends, chat, profiles and the City Timeline. Be respectful. You must not post or send:

• harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation;
• hate speech, or attacks on anyone for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or nationality;
• sexual content, or anything involving minors;
• scams, spam, or attempts to move people off CityLife to pay money;
• anything illegal, or someone else’s private information.

Chat messages pass through a word filter, and messages with phone numbers or links are refused. Use Report on a player or a message to tell us about a problem, and Block to stop a player contacting you. Our team reviews reports and may remove content, warn, or suspend accounts.

Never share money, bank details or passwords with another player, and take care if you choose to meet anyone in person. Players are not checked by us.

6. Your content

Your content is what you add: your display name, bio, profile photo and chat messages. You keep any rights you have in it. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and show it inside CityLife for as long as it is there, so the game can work.

You must have the right to share it, and it must follow section 5. We may remove or hide any content, including a profile photo or a chat message, that we believe breaks these terms or the law.

7. Shop Ads

The billboards, posters and Shop Ads list in the game show fictional in-game businesses made up for CityLife. They are part of the scenery, not real offers, and we do not endorse them. “Visit shop” opens a page outside CityLife that we do not control.

8. The service

CityLife is new and still changing. We may add, change or remove features, cities, rides, prices in coins and rewards at any time. Some features are shown as “Coming soon” and are not available yet.

CityLife is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will always be available, free of errors or keep your progress if something goes wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of coins, results or content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

9. Closing your account

You can stop using CityLife at any time. To close your account and have your personal data deleted, email us at contact@cloud23soft.com. There is no “Delete account” button in the app yet.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. When an account is closed, its coins and results are lost and are not paid out.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important we will tell you in the app. If you keep using CityLife after a change, the new terms apply.

11. Governing law

These Terms, between you and Games366 Studios Ltd, are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction, without taking away any rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
